I run Product at CashRich. We help people invest in mutual funds, the simple way. 350K+ users and counting.
I've been in tech for 14+ years now. Started out writing code, moved into product. Currently I head Product at CashRich, a mutual fund investment app used by 350K+ people across India.
Before this, I spent 5 years at Drishtant building HR software for non-profits. Everything from the UI to the mobile apps. That's where I got comfortable doing a bit of everything.
I studied at C-DAC (PG Diploma), worked in logistics at Allcargo before that. The mix of different industries helps. You pick up patterns that carry over.
Things I've spent enough time on to actually be useful.
Deciding what to build next and making sure it actually matters. Roadmaps, prioritization, talking to users. The usual.
Most of our users are on phones. I think a lot about how screens should feel. Quick, clear, no confusion.
Mutual funds, SIPs, compliance, AMFI regulations. I've spent 6+ years in this space. Know the domain inside out.
I still write code. JS, Python, Vue, Node. Not just managing people who do. Helps me call BS on estimates too.
Built my own AI assistant (Night Fury), play around with Claude, automate whatever I can. If a task repeats, it gets scripted.
Dev, design, business. They all want different things. I make sure we're all building the same product, not three different ones.
CashRich is a mutual fund investment app. We've been around since 2018, 350K+ users trust us with their money. Here's some of what I've worked on:
Not all at once, but these come up often enough.
